Dean's Personal Story
During my 30’s and 40’s I became increasingly out of shape as I allowed many good habits to leave my life and allowed bad habits to enter and get a stronghold. Although I was experiencing success in other areas of my life, my health was quickly going down hill. My self-imposed health risks were becoming very serious and I decided I needed to do something about it. So I did!

Although I had previously blamed my hectic career for the initial weight gain, I was able to lose the weight doing the same work with the same or higher stress levels. The truth is, it was a matter of setting some goals, building a plan and following that plan by making good choices over time. Eventually this led to better habits and eventually a healthier lifestyle. I’ve sustained this lifestyle for 18 years now. It’s become very natural and enjoyable! I’ve enjoyed the results and the journey so much that I decided to commit my life to bringing hope to others and help them accomplish similar results. I'd love to help you and your organization!
